Layby Payment at Cheeky Junior
With our 3-month layby option, you can effectively budget and control your spending as you plan for important events like birthdays or Christmas.
To start, apply "LAYBY2023" code during checkout, allowing you to make an intial 20% deposit on your total order, which is non-refundable.
Please note that a minimum order of $250 is required to use the layby service.
Once you have made the payment, please email us at info@cheekyjunior.com.au with you order number and we will generate a balance invoice within 5 business days with details of your Layby order and future payment methods.
This way, you can secure your desired items and spread the cost over-time, making budgeting easier and stress-free.
Terms and Conditions for 3-month Layby at Cheeky Junior:

Eligibiltiy: The 3-month layby plan is available for purchases with a minimum order of $250 and only applies on all full priced products

Initial Deposit: A non-refundable initial deposit of 20% of the total purchase is required at the time of layby initiation.

Payment schedule: Customers are required to make regular payments during the layby period as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.

No Returns or Exchanges: Layby purchases are final. There are no returns or exchanges allowed.

Completion of Payments: The full payment for the layby must be completed by the 3-month layby period. Cheeky Junior is not obligated to send out reminders for payments before or after the due date. Once full payment has been made, please kindly email us at info@cheekyjunior.com.au to let us know. We will then reconcile your balance and confirm all payments have been made.

Failure to Complete Payments: If full payments is not received by the due date, the layby will be canceled, your items will no longer be secured and we will refund any installment already been paid.

Delivery: The purchased items will be delivered to the customer after full payment is received.

Layby Extension: Layby extension request may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.
