I'm Amanda, a proud mom of two girls, Paige (6) and Isla (3). During the Covid-19 lockdown in Melbourne, I discovered my love for wooden and sustainable toys. It's a journey I'm incredibly grateful for, and I'm excited to share it with all with you.
At Cheeky Junior, our mission is to offer a thoughtfully curated selection of wooden and sustainable toys from Australia and around the world. Every brand we stock has a purpose, and every product is chosen to bring joy, spark imagination and support meaningful play.
All our products are lovingly tested by my two girls (the toughest cristics) and only the pieces that truly inspire creativity and open ended play make it to our shelves. I’m always on the lookout for beautiful, well-made toys; whether from a local makers or talented artisans across the globe that are designed to be cherished, played with and passed down.
Behind the scenes, my husband Jun keeps everything running smoothly - from accounting to store maintenance and all the handy fixes in between. Cheeky Junior is truly a family affair, built with a lot of love!
In July 2025, we proudly opened our first brick and mortar store in Camberwell. This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without your incredible support and we’re so grateful to everyone who has been part of this journey.
