At Cheeky Junior we offer a range of secure payment options to make shopping easy and convenient.

4-MONTH LAYBY

Our layby service allows you to secure your favourite items while spreading the cost over four months.

Layby is available on eligible full-priced products only with a minimum purchase value of $200.

To begin your layby, simply use the discount code LAYBUY at checkout and pay the required 20% non-refundable deposit.

Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 5 business days for us to prepare and email PayPal invoice for the remaining balance.

You are welcome to make payments towards your layby at any time using this invoice. The full balance must be paid within 4 months of your original order date. Once your final payment has been made, please email us info@cheekyjunior.com.au so we reconcile your account and arrange dispatch or Click and Collect.

LAYBY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility

Available on eligible full-priced products only.
Minimum purchase value of $200.
Sale items, promotional item and gift cards are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Deposit

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your layby.

This deposit confirms your commitment to purchase the items and allows us to reserve the stock exclusively for you.

Payment Period

The remaining balance must be paid within four (4) months from the date the layby is created.

Customers are responsible for making payments throughout the layby period.

Payment Reminders

While we are happy to assist where possible, Cheeky Junior is not responsible for sending payment reminders.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the layby is paid in full before the agreed due date.

Once your final payment has been made, please email info@cheekyjunior.com.au so we can reconcile your account and arrange dispatch or collection.

Ownership of Goods

Items remain the property of Cheeky Junior until the layby has been paid in full.

Cancellation by Customer

If you chose to cancel your layby, your 20% deposit is non-refundable.

Any additional payments made may be refunded at the discretion of Cheeky Junior, less any applicable fees or charges.

Failure to Complete Payments

If full payment is not received by the agreed due date and no alternative arrangement has been approved, Cheeky Junior reserves the right to cancel the layby.

The reserved items will be returned to stock.

The initial 20% deposit will not be refunded.

Dispatch or Collection

Your order will be dispatched or made available for Click and Collect only after the layby has been paid in full.

Standard shipping or Bulky Shipping charges apply unless your order qualifies for free shipping.

Layby Extensions

Requests to extend period may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
