Shipping and Delivery
Effective as of 1 July 2026:
At Cheeky Junior, we utilise the services of Australia Post for our shipping needs.
Standard Shipping:
- Flat rate Australia-wide standard shipping: $16.95
- Free standard shipping on eligible orders over $250 (excluding bulky items, if applicable).
Express Shipping:
- Australia-wide express shipping: $29.95
Please note that Express Shipping refers to the shipping method only once your parcel has been dispatched. It does not provide priority packing or move your order ahead of other orders in our fulfilment queue.
Once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside of our control and delays may occasionally occur.
Dispatch & Processing Times:
Orders are dispatched Monday and Thursday only.
If you require an order urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request where possible. Same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
BULKY ITEMS
Some oversized products are shipped using our bulky shipping service.
Bulky Standard Shipping Rates:
- VIC: $24.95
- NSW/ACT/QLD/SA/TAS: $39.95
- WA/NT: $59.95
Express shipping is not available for bulky items. If you require express delivery for a bulky item, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll be happy to provide a quote where possible.
If your order contains multiple bulky items, additional freight charges may apply depending on the size and weight of the shipment. If this occurs, we will contact you with an updated shipping quote before dispatch. You can then choose to proceed with the order or cancel or a full refund.
Bulky Shipping Notice: Some items - including multiple Stapelstein single stones - maybe require bulky shipping due to their size. If your order exceeds our standard shipping allowance, we’ll email you an updated shipping quote before dispatch. If you decide not to proceed, we’ll happily provide a full refund.
CLICK and COLLECT
Cheeky Junior offers a convenient Click and Collect service from our Camberwell store:

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email confirming your order is ready for pick up. As we are a small family-operated business, collection times may vary, particularly during school holidays. We kindly ask that you also check our Google Business Hours before visiting to ensure the store is open.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We happily ship worldwide! Please contact us at info@cheekyjunior.com.au with your list of goodies for a personalised shipping quote.
Please choose carefully, as return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For full details, please refer to our Return and Exchanges Policy.
Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are unfortunately outside of our control. While we carefully pack every order, Cheeky Junior is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused during transit.
For our US customers: Please note that shipping charges include the applicable 10% tariff fee.
For our EU customers: New rules from 1 July 2026. Duty-tree threshold of €150 is removed. Most commercial parcels will incur VAT plus €3 customers fee per item (for parcels under €150).
