You may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A restocking fee of 10% of order and original postage will be deducted. The restocking fees will also apply to cancellation on pre-order items or orders that haven't been dispatched. This is based on the ACCC Change of Mind Policy.
If your item arrived faulty or not as described please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will pay for the return shipping fee free of charge.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return item from the customer (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
For a product exchange, contact us on email@example.com and please note that postage fee will incur to resend the item back to us and the new item to be posted to the customer. Item will need to be returned with tracking number (for proof of postage) and in its original condition and packaging (unopened and unused). Postage cost is not refundable.
For order that was paid via Afterpay, the restocking fee of 10% and original postage (if any) will be deducted before a refund will be issued.
Please note that all Sale and Layby items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.
