At Cheeky Junior, we want you to shop with confidence. If you have any questions before purchasing, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
CHANGE OF MIND
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days receiving your order, provided the item:
- Is unused and in its original condition.
- Is returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Is suitable for resale.
To request a return, please contact us at info@cheekyjunior.com.au before sending your item back.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to approved change-of-mind returns, including cancelled pre-orders or orders cancelled prior to dispatch.
Our restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with processing your return, including payment processing fees, packaging materials, administration, inventory handling and the labour involved in inspecting , repackaging and returning products to stock. As a small family business, these costs are incurred regardless of whether an order is ultimately kept or returned.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before returning your order.
Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping to Cheeky Junior
- Shipping costs for the replacement item.
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Sale, clearance, promotional and discounted items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
FAULTY, DAMAGED or INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product.
If a produce is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
NATURAL MATERIALS & HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS
Many of the beautiful products we stock are handcrafted using natural materials such as sustainably sourced natural materials.
Each piece is individually handmade and unique. Natural characteristics are part of the beauty of these products and are not considered faults or defects.
These natural characteristics may include:
- Wood grain variations.
- Knots and mineral markings.
- Colour variations.
- Differences in paint absorption.
- Visible wood fibres.
- Small surface checked or hairline cracks caused by seasonal humidity changes.
- Minor handmade variations in shape, texture or finish.
Visible wood fibres are a natural characteristics of timber and should not be mistaken for splinters. These fibres are soft to the touch and do not affect the safety, durability or play value of the product.
As each handcrafted item is unique, product photos are intended as a guide only. Your item may differ slightly from the images shown on our website.
If you are seeking products with a perfectly uniform appearance, handcrafted wooden toys may not meet your expectations.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Returns and exchanges for purchases made at our Camberwell store are subject to this same policy.
We encourage customers to inspect their purchases before leaving the store. If you have any concerns, our team will be happy to assist.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitle to a repair, replacement or refund where goods fail to meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.
