Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are authorised to use the payment method supplied.
- You agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure our inventory is accurate. However, stock discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer one of the following options:
- A full refund
- A partial refund
- A replacement or alternative product
- Waiting for the item to be restocked
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
In the event of a pricing error, Cheeky Junior reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund before dispatch.
Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Orders are generally dispatched within our advertised processing times; however, dispatch may take longer during:
- Sales events
- Public holidays
- School holidays
- High order volumes
- Circumstances beyond our control
Estimated delivery times provided by Australia Post or other carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your parcel has been collected by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
Bulky Shipping
Some products are classified as bulky due to their size, weight or packaging requirements.
Additional shipping charges may apply and will either be displayed at checkout or quoted separately.
If multiple bulky items are purchased together and the calculated shipping cost is inaccurate, we may contact you with an updated shipping quote before dispatch.
You may choose to:
- Proceed with the updated shipping cost; or
- Cancel your order for a full refund.
Express shipping may not be available on all bulky items.

You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
Please check our current trading hours before visiting, as opening hours may vary during school holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
Pre-Orders
Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are available for dispatch.
If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to supplier or freight delays.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees and import charges imposed by their destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Cheeky Junior is not responsible for customs delays or import restrictions.
If an international parcel is refused, returned to sender or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, incorrect delivery information or import restrictions, any refund will only be processed once the parcel has been returned to us. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs and any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund.
Brand & Shipping Restrictions
Some brands sold by Cheeky Junior are subject to supplier or distributor agreements that restrict where they may be sold or shipped.
If an order contains products that cannot legally be supplied to your destination, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the restricted item;
- Cancel the entire order; or
- Contact you to discuss alternative options.
Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item:
- Is unused;
- Is in its original packaging;
- Is in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to change-of-mind returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty Products
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographs together with a description of the issue.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Natural Materials & Wooden Toy Disclaimer
Many products sold by Cheeky Junior are handcrafted using natural materials including sustainably sourced timber, wool felt and beeswax.
Natural variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of handmade products and are not considered faults or defects.
These natural characteristics may include:
- Wood grain variations
- Knots
- Mineral markings
- Colour variations
- Paint absorption differences
- Visible wood fibres
- Small surface cracks or checking caused by seasonal humidity changes
- Resin pockets
- Slight variations in size, texture or finish
- Minor handmade imperfections
Products from brands such as Grimm’s, Bumbu, Grapat and other handcrafted makers are intentionally unique.
Visible wood fibres are a natural characteristic of timber and should not be mistaken for splinters. These fibres are soft and are considered a normal part of the manufacturing process for certain products.
Product images are intended as a guide only. Every handcrafted wooden toy is unique and no two pieces will ever be identical.
If you are seeking perfectly uniform products with no natural variation, handcrafted wooden toys may not meet your expectations.
Product Images
We make every effort to accurately display product colours.
Due to differences in screen settings, lighting and the handmade nature of many products, colours may vary slightly from those shown online.
Rewards Program
Reward points are awarded on eligible purchases only.
Points are not awarded on:
- GST
- Shipping charges
- Discounts
- Redeemed reward vouchers
Reward points and vouchers have no cash value.
Cheeky Junior reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the rewards program at any time.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost, stolen or expired gift cards cannot be replaced.

Limitation of Liability
