Grimm’s wooden counting stack is a lovely tactile tool to assist with understanding the world of numbers, adding, subtracting and fractions. With 34 blocks representing from 1 all the way through to 10, this counting block helps to illustrate how many of each unit make up a larger unit.
The Counting Stack Game, includes ideas for playing. Each number can be experienced through touch and explored physically.
